No. The matchmaking process is carefully curated by our consortium team to ensure a thoughtful pairing that aligns with both the host’s business needs and the new entrepreneur's goals, guaranteeing a meaningful and productive collaboration.
Do I get an intern that I have to pay for?

No, the new entrepreneur is considered an equal partner in the collaboration and is fully funded through the YoU Embrace project. They bring their own skills, insights, and innovative ideas to the table, creating a mutually beneficial exchange without requiring financial responsibility from the host.

How does YoU Embrace work? How long is it?

New entrepreneurs gather and exchange knowledge and business ideas with an experienced entrepreneur, with whom they stay and collaborate for a period of 1 to 6 months. Exchanges will happen anytime between April 2024 to February 2026.
